Client Experience Manager at Studyportals
Veronique studied Business Economics and HRM and worked at OC&C, Publicis, and Fredhopper as a business and marketing consultant. In 2006, she started Cnote Customer Experience Design where she headed projects for KLM, de Bijenkorf, ING, Ahold, Adidas and the Ministery of Education. This allowed her to develop a broad experience from market research, marketing strategy and customer experience design to customer experience management.
Currently, Veronique is the Studyportals Client Experience Manager. Her role is to ensure that our clients experience consistently valuable products and services across all our points of contact. Among others, she set up the Client Journey Design and Voice of the Customer program. This allows us at Studyportals to continuously improve and innovate our products & services from a client perspective.
