Client Experience Manager at Studyportals
I studied Business Economics and HRM and worked at OC&C, Publicis and Fredhopper as business and marketing consultant. In 2006, I started Cnote Customer Experience Design where I headed projects for KLM, de Bijenkorf, ING, Ahold, Adidas and the Ministery of Education. This allowed me to develop a broad experience from market research, marketing strategy and customer experience design to customer experience management.
I recently joined Studyportals as Client Experience Manager. My role is to ensure that our clients experience consistently valuable products and services across all our points of contact. Among others, I will set-up Client Journey Design and a Voice of the Customer program. This will allow us at Studyportals to continuously improve and innovate our products & services from a client perspective.
