Raul Ranne is Head of Marketing and Development at DreamApply – Estonian startup poised to reform how universities manage international student applications and marketing. Previously he worked as Head of Higher Education Unit and Head of International Education Marketing in Archimedes Foundation, which is the official body in Estonia dealing with the development of higher education and research. He has been active in Estonian higher education development for 10 years as coordinator of various development programs and chaired different national and international networks. Raul holds two MA level degrees – in political science from University of Tartu and a joint degree in European Studies from University of Tallinn and University of Tampere.
