Kathy van de Laar is the founder of EarlyBridge, a Dutch consulting and training company focused on customer experience and organisational development. She is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and one of the initiators of the local Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in the Netherlands. She has worked in the US and Europe for companies like ABN Amro Bank, AT&T, IBM, KPN and Philips to help them put their customers at the center of their business.
Kathy is guest lecturer at Beeckestijn Business School for the Post-doctorate CRM program where she shares her experience in customer experience and customer journey mapping. She is a frequent contributor to various publications, writing about customer experience and the challenges organisations face in driving customer performance.
