Elias (Google Analytics IQ and HubSpot Inbound Marketing certified) has worked in higher education with a focus on tracking since 2010. Elias has delivered workshops on measuring the ROI of marketing activities for higher education institutions in the US, UK, Finland, the Netherlands, and consulted almost 100 universities and similar institutions on their individual tracking implementations – including gathering insights on their ROI per campaign.
He has worked with clients using different CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, DreamApply, and countless tailor made ones), CMS (WordPress, Typo3, Joomla, Drupal) and tracking systems (Google Analyitcs, Piwik). Having seen the discussions and time-lag of universities in embracing Facebook, he now pushes for the use of WhatsApp before it follows the fate of MySpace or the current decline of Facebook.
He was speaker and trainer at the EAIE, English USA and English UK. He is free-lance consultant for marketing of higher education institutions.
