Aimee Kleinman

Aimee is Associate Director of Strategic Planning & Business Partnering at UCL. With more than ten years of marketing, communications, and student recruitment experience in higher education, she has a wealth of knowledge of the sector, profession, and the unique challenges faced.

At UCL, she leads on strategic communications, transforming the way UCL understands and reaches audiences and the ways they can engage with UCL. She has achieved this through a combination of developing and sharing the brand, implementing multi-channel campaigns, re-imagining leadership communications, and introducing digital innovation. She is often found applying established and new business models to higher education and recruitment!

Previously, Aimee led on the development and implementation of recruitment strategies for UK and European students at King’s College London, and before that, at Middlesex University. She has delivered many successful, high profile campaigns, including King’s first large-scale entry into clearing, open events, and digital advertising.

Aimee has a Bachelor’s degree in Archaeology from the University of Southampton, a Master’s degree in Museum Studies from UCL, and a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from BPP Business School, UK.
