Customer journey mapping can be used to analyse your existing student experience across your different touch points or to design a new student experience from scratch. By understanding the dynamics of why, how, when and where students interact with your organisation, you can more effectively engage potential students by leveraging the right moments of truth in their journey to influence the relationship and increase enrolment.
What will you learn? In this workshop, you will learn about the five building blocks for customer journey mapping and how to use customer search strategies, how to recognize their strategies from data and shape your omnichannel customer journey. During the second half of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to work together to identify student search strategies, and to analyse your online student journey to understand how well your website meets the needs of your audience as the trigger for their journey.
